Kolob

Since James just got a new motorcycle and we haven't been to Kolob once this whole summer we decided to make Sunday a "Day of Firsts". We went a ate dinner with James' parents then left Bentlee with them and took a ride up to Kolob. It was lots of fun, other than the fact that the backseat of the bike was rock hard and killed my butt! The weather on Kolob was so nice and refreshing. It was nice to be outside and be able to just relax instead of wondering how long it will take for this heat to actually kill me. I decided that I am actually ready for fall. Having Bentlee is so much fun but it was fun to be reminded of the days when it was just James and I. I really enjoyed having him all to myself for a change!

Sounds fun! Rob and I need to go and do something like that...alone for once! Someday, when I'm not tied to a baby 24/7--nursing.

I haven't been to Kolob since last year right before I went back to work after having Logan! I'm jealous. Maybe one day Dave and I will get to hang out alone for more than 30 minutes at night after Logan falls asleep and before I crash in front of the tv!

I agree... Nice bike! It totally fits James. You two are so cute together:) I'm glad you had a couple of hours to get away just the two of you. Everyone needs that once in a while.
